Abstract
Ensuring both development and security is an important proposition put forward by the Communist Party of China(CPC)since the reform and opening up,which timely summarizes new and vivid practices and constantly promotes theoretical innovation.It has demonstrated a scientific and meticulous logical framework,and realized the dialectical unity of theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic.From the theoretical logic perspective,ensuring both development and se-curity is a full manifestation of Marxist dialectics and an inheritance and development of the Marxist concept of security.From the perspective of historical logic,ensuring both development and securi-ty is a summary of the experiences of the CPC in coping with various risks and challenges over the course of revolution,construction and reform,and a concentrated reflection of the CPC's sense of hardship and risk awareness.From the perspective of practical logic,ensuring both development and security is a practical requirement of the CPC in the New Era to adhere to coordinating the two overall situations at home and abroad,effectively respond to the complex of risks,and escort the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.As an important understanding of the laws governing the governance of the country by the Communist Party of China in the new era,ensuring both develop-ment and security requires us to comprehensively understand and grasp it from an integrated per-spective by unifying the historical logic,theoretical logic,and practical logic.关键词
