New Quality Productivity,Digital Transformation and High-quality Development of Enterprises

Abstract
At present,new quality productivity,as a manifestation of the qualitative transition of traditional productivity,is an important factor for empowering enterprises'digital transformation and high-quality development.Based on the data of A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2022,this paper firstly uses both the index evaluation system measurement method and the LP method to measure the new quality productivity and the level of high-quality development of enterprises,and adopts multiple lin-ear regression model to empirically test the relationship between the two.Then,from the perspectives of strategy,operation,com-petition and innovation,the intermediary effect model is used to analyze the mechanism of digital transformation in the relationship between the two.Finally,in the expanded research,the heterogeneity of the relationship between the two is discussed from the three aspects of property rights,market competitiveness,and regional innovation ecology;the moderating effects of internal and ex-ternal environmental factors such as risk-taking ability and intellectual property protection level on the relationship between the two are analyzed;the economic effects of high-quality development of enterprises under the influence of new productivity are dis-cussed.The results are shown as follows:Firstly,the new quality productivity has significantly promoted the high-quality develop-ment of enterprises.Secondly,new quality productivity helps to promote digital transformation in strategic,operational,competi-tive,and innovative aspects,thereby driving high-quality development of enterprises.Thirdly,in state-owned enterprises as well as those in competitive markets and good regional innovation ecosystems,the promotion effect of new quality productivity on high-quality development is more significant.Under the positive regulation of internal and external environmental factors such as risk-taking ability and intellectual property protection,new quality productivity can achieve a stronger effect of high-quality en-terprise development.New quality productivity contributes to the economic effect of promoting high-quality development of enter-prises.关键词
