Optimization of Accelerated Reliability Test for Onboard Control Equipment of Rail Transport

Abstract
In view of the problems of difficulty in accelerated stress extraction,inaccurate stress value and long test cycle in the accelerated reliability test for onboard control equipment of rail transport,this paper proposes an improved method of the accelerated test.First,on the basis of the dominant failure stress of the reliability-critical components,the mission profile is considered to filter the accelerated characteristic stress set,increasing the consistency between the accelerated test conditions and the actual working conditions.Second,the step test theory is adopted to determine the test stress threshold,maximizing the stress intensity without changing the failure mechanism,and striking a balance between damage equivalence and test efficiency.Finally,in view of the high reliability of redundant systems,the Markov state transition model is introduced,as an innovative approach to decouple the task reliability indicator into the Mean Time Between Failures(MTBF)of single-set equipment,substantially reducing the test time.The application case demonstrates that the proposed method not only improves the relevance of the test stress and the accuracy of the stress value,but also shortens the test time by 90%during the accelerated test for the TCR host.The research findings provide methodology reference for the accelerated reliability test in considering both engineering applicability and cost-efficiency,and have certain guiding significance for the accelerated reliability test for the onboard control equipment of rail transport.关键词
