The Land-Sea Hybrid Power and Maritime Transformation:Historical Logic and Contemporary Path

Abstract
The maritime transformation of land-sea hybrid powers and their historical experiences have long been core issues in the fields of international relations and grand strategy.For contemporary land-sea hybrid powers to achieve breakthroughs in their maritime strategies,the primary prerequisite lies in clarifying the connotations and constituent elements of modern maritime theories.This understanding not only bears on the core objectives and pathway choices for maritime transformation but also directly determines the ultimate success of such transformation.Moreover,successful maritime transformation must also deeply draw upon the experience and lessons from two typical historical cases of maritime transformation in modern history,whose historical reflections hold irreplaceable value for avoiding strategic missteps.In the current era of deepening globalization,the practical domain of maritime power has undergone structural reshaping.Its measurement criteria have shifted from traditional command of the sea to the proportion of maritime economy and participation in global governance,posing new strategic requirements for China's maritime transforma-tion.As a typical land-sea hybrid power,China should fully leverage historical lessons and its national con-ditions,and construct a new pathway of maritime power development with Chinese characteristics.关键词
