摘要

Abstract

[Purposes]Room temperature phosphorescent carbon dots(CDs),as a new type of room temperature phosphorescent material,have attracted considerable attention owing to their excel-lent optical properties,high stability,and low toxicity.In recent years,matrix-assisted strategy has been proven to effectively prevent the aggregation quenching of CDs and suppress non-radiative transi-tions,thus achieving efficient and long lifetime room temperature phosphorescence.To this end,vari-ous types of matrix material have been developed for different application scenarios,greatly expanding the application fields of phosphorescent carbon dots.[Methods]On the basis of recent related re-searches,the phosphorescence mechanism and synthesis methods of matrix-assisted phosphorescent CDs are summarized,the role and classification of matrices are discussed,and the latest progress in fields such as biomedical applications,information encryption,anti-counterfeiting,sensing,and opto-electronic devices are reviewed.Finally,the challenges faced by matrix-assisted phosphorescent CDs and their future development directions are discussed.[Conclusions]This paper can provide refer-ences for related fields.
