Abstract
This paper reviews the evolution of the green product certification system,analyzes the green attributes of PV module products,studies their key technologies for green certification,and explores the problems that exist in certification practice.The research results show that:1)The key technologies for green product certification of PV modules include verification methods of green attribute evaluation indicators compliance and confirmation of key elements of green attribute assurance capability.The latter is mainly reflected confirmation of four aspects:the identification and control of key influencing factors of product green attributes,control of design and development processes,procurement and control of key components,production process control and others.2)Laboratory testing,outdoor verification,and on-site testing of PV power stations can directly or indirectly verify the output power attenuation rate of PV modules,each with its own advantages and limitations.Certification agencies should choose appropriate verification methods based on practice.3)When certification agencies carry out green product certification for PV modules,they should pay attention to whether the carbon footprint certification documents are issued by professional institutions or whether they have been verified or certified by professional institutions when accepting carbon footprint and EPD.Does LCA quantitative analysis run through the solar cells and even silicon raw material process,and is the data reliable?Has EPD been validated and effectively registered?In the hope that the research results can further strengthen the certification foundation of green products for PV modules,and provide support for the PV industry to build a green supply chain and industrial chain.关键词
