Abstract
This paper proposes a new type of hydrophobic coating.Firstly,the antibacterial effect of the new hydrophobic coating is observed through antibacterial experiments.Then,a video optical contact angle measuring instrument is used to measure the contact angle between the PV glass and the liquid with and without the new hydrophobic coating,and the anti photoaging performance and Mohs hardness of the new hydrophobic coating are tested.The UV visible near-infrared spectrophotometer is used to measure the transmittance and reflectance of the PV glass with and without the new hydrophobic coating,and a comparative analysis is conducted.Finally,taking three PV power stations that have been in operation for many years as examples,select PV arrays for experimentation,and compare and analyze the power generation of PV arrays that are only cleaned,both cleaned and coated,and not treated at all.The analysis results indicate that the new hydrophobic coating can effectively inhibit bacterial growth.When using a new hydrophobic coating,its contact angle with water droplets is greater than 100°,achieving a hydrophobic state and having a self-cleaning effect.After adopting a new hydrophobic coating,PV glass is not affected by photoaging and its hardness increases.Compared to spraying one layer,spin coating two layers,and no coating,spin coating one layer of the new hydrophobic coating can improve the transmittance of PV glass.After one year of empirical research on outdoor PV power stations,it was found that compared to PV arrays that only undergo cleaning operations,the highest power generation capality gain of PV arrays that are both cleaned and coated can reach 10.95%,indicating that the power generation efficiency of old PV modules has been improved to a certain extent.关键词
