摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of micro teaching mode based on 3D printing technology in operation skills training of resident physician in pediatric surgery.Methods A total of 38 resident physicians in Department of Pediatric Surgery of Zigong First People's Hospital from April 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects,19 of them with conventional teaching mode from April 2022 to April 2024 were taken as the control group,and 19 of them with micro teaching mode based on 3D printing technology from May 2023 to May 2024 were taken as the observation group.The teaching effects(operation skills,comprehensive abilities and teaching satisfaction)between the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the scores of operation skills(physical examination,first aid,communication and collaboration,and equipment),comprehensive abilities(inquiry,humanistic care,clinical judgment,communication,organization,work adaptability,autonomous learning,and thinking ability)and teaching satisfaction(teaching novelty,course design,teaching attitude,teaching skill,and teaching responsibility)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro teaching mode based on 3D printing technology can increase operation skills,enhance comprehensive quality of resident physicians in pediatric surgery,and achieve higher teaching evaluation.关键词
