Research progress on the prevention of neonatal necrotizing enter-ocolitis
摘要
Abstract
Neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC)is a common acute abdominal disease in the neonatal intensive care unit.Neonatal NEC has an insidious onset,rapid progression,complex pathophysiological process,and is prone to adverse consequences such as intestinal perforation and necrosis.The incidence rate,operation rate,disability rate and mortality rate among premature infants are all relatively high,seriously threatening the life and health of neonates.This article introduces the research progress on the prevention of neonatal NEC,summarizes the high-risk factors of neonatal NEC and targeted preventive measures,and provides a reference for clinicians to prevent neonatal NEC.关键词
