早发性卵巢功能不全患者的临床特征分析
Analysis of clinical characteristics of patients with premature ovarian insufficiency
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with premature ovarian insufficiency(POI).Methods A total of 30 POI patients diagnosed in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2021 to November 2024 were selected as the POI group,and 33 age-matched volunteers with normal ovarian function in Zibo City during the same period were recruited as the control group.The levels of blood pressure,glucose and lipid metabolism were compared between the two groups,and the clinical characteristics of POI patients were analyzed.Results The waist-to-hip ratio and diastolic blood pressure in the POI group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The vitamin A level in the POI group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion POI patients are prone to abdominal obesity,increased diastolic blood pressure and decreased serum vitamin A level,which should be actively paid attention and timely intervened in clinical practice.关键词
