Abstract
Objective To analyze the screening situation and influencing factors of treponema pallidum antibodies among health examination population in Tianjin from 2020 to 2022.Methods A total of 159625 blood samples from the health examination population in Tianjin from January 2020 to December 2022 were collected.Two different enzyme‑linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)reagents were used to detect treponema pallidum antibodies in the blood samples.Among them,101127 male blood samples and 58498 female blood samples were collected.Statistical analysis was used to analyze the screening situation,and the influencing factors were analyzed through univariate and multivariate logistic regression.Results The compliance rate of syphilis spiral antibody retesting in the health examination population in 2022 was higher than that in 2020 and 2021,and the difference was statistically sig‑nificant(P<0.05).Among them,the positive rates of treponema pallidum ELISA double reagent in the 30-39 age group,men,single/divorced/widowed,those with junior high school education or below,and those with non-local place of origin were relatively high.There were statistically significant differences in age,gender,marital status,education level and occupation between the positive group and the negative group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression model analysis showed that age<50 years old,male,mari‑tal status of single/divorced/widowed,junior high school education level or below,and occupation as service personnel were all inde‑pendent risk factors for positive screening of treponema pallidum antibody in the health examination population(P<0.05).Conclu-sions The positive rate of treponema pallidum antibody screening is relatively high among the health examination population in Tian‑jin from 2020 to 2022.Factors such as age,gender,marital status,education level,and occupation have significant impact on the screening positive rate.关键词
