西部"双一流"高校数字化成熟度的影响因素与组态路径分析
On the Influencing Factors and Configurational Pathways of Digital Maturity in Western China's Double First-Class Universities
摘要
Abstract
Digital maturity,as the core foundation for implementing digital transformation practices,determines the efficiency and sustainability of digital transformation in universities.Based on the Technology-Organization-Environment(TOE)framework and fsQCA(Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis),this study investigates the critical influencing factors of digital maturity in Western China's Double First-Class universities,as well as the complex causal relationships between different factor configurations and their digital maturity levels.The findings reveal that the digital maturity of"Double First-Class"universities in western China is not driven by a single factor,but rather results from the synergistic interplay of multiple elements-technology,organizational structure,and environmental conditions.The configurations that foster high digital maturity suggest that universities in western China may enhance their digital capabilities through the following synergistic pathways,such as coordinated advancement through technological empowerment and environmental responsiveness,synergistic innovation combining technological breakthroughs and organizational restructuring,or multilevel coupling among all three TOE dimensions.关键词
