Research on the Actual State,Theoretical Pattern and Appropriate Pathway of Knowledge Sharing for College Physical Education Teachers in the New Era

Abstract
Knowledge sharing among college physical education teachers,as an important manifestation of the integration of sharing development concept and the high-quality development of college physical education teacher education in the new era,is a core strategy for optimizing the management efficiency of physical education teachers'knowledge.Currently,in this field some there exist some practical challenges such as insufficient internal drive for knowledge sharing,weak professional capabilities,and low levels of practical participation,which severely restrict the depth and breadth of knowledge sharing practices among college physical education teachers.In response to these issues,based on the triadic interaction theory paradigm,this paper systematically analyzes the obstructive reasons and key influencing factors of knowledge sharing among college physical education teachers.On this basis,five theoretical mechanism patterns can be clarified in the knowledge sharing process of college physical education teachers:listening and communication,recognition and debate,goal and generation,division of labor and cooperation,and traditional and digital;furthermore,a practical and guiding knowledge sharing implementation path can be constructed from three dimensions:cultural ecosystem construction,institutional system optimization,and digital platform building.This paper is designed to reshape the value cognition of knowledge sharing among physical education teachers,promote the institutionalization and normalization of knowledge sharing behaviors,and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the professional construction of college physical education teacher teams in the new era.关键词
