海面舰船目标RCS测量入射角仿真设计
Simulation Design for Incident Angle in RCS Measurement of Sea Surface Ship Targets

Abstract
For the measurement of Radar Cross Section(RCS)of sea surface ship targets,the RCS of ship target may be greatly influenced by the sea surface under different radar incident angles.Improper selection of incident angle will lead to measurement errors of ship target RCS.The multipath scattering mechanism of sea surface and ship target is analyzed,and the typical IHF-Boat ship model and PM(Pierson-Moscowitz)sea spectrum model are established.The influence curves of complex permittivity of pure water and seawater on RCS at different frequencies are given.The influence of sea surface on RCS characteristics of ship targets at different incident angles is simulated by electromagnetic calculation software FEKO.The simulation results show that when the incident angle is about 60°,the sea surface has little influence on the RCS of ship target,and the minimum error can be better than 3 dB.关键词
