A Fast Fault Isolation and Self-healing Method for Distribution Network by Combining Regional Centralization and Decentralization
摘要
Abstract
The traditional distribution network protection is difficult to adapt to the rapid fault isolation and power supply recov-ery in the case of a high proportion of wind power,photovoltaic,energy storage and other new energy access.With the devel-opment of communication technology,the rapid,reliable and safe communication between the control and protection device and the distribution terminal of the distribution network can be realized by 5G communication.Thus,the construction principle of distribution network control and protection system is put forward,with principle of"centralization being dominant,decentrali-zation being complementary,and advantages being complementary",and the system networking scheme,fault location strate-gy,self-healing recovery strategy and other methods are given.关键词
