The Connotation and Contemporary Value of Building the Shared Spiritual Home of the Chinese Nation

Abstract
The construction of the shared spiritual home of the Chinese nation originated from the theory of spiritual production and the idea of community of Marxist classic writers,inherited from the harmonious thought of Chinese excel-lent traditional culture,formed from the CPC's thoughts and practices in promoting ethnic unity and the construction of spiritual civilization,and consolidated from the strategic task of promoting the high-quality development of the CPC's eth-nic work in the New Era.The emergence of its theory has gone through four stages:initial brewing,laying the foundation,pioneering development,and promoting consolidation.The shared spiritual home of the Chinese nation is a cultural carrier that takes Chinese civilization as its historical deposits,is guided by the socialist core values,sustained by the great nation-al spirit,grounded in national emotional identification,and has a broad sense of identity and belonging to Chinese people at home and abroad.Building the shared spiritual home of the Chinese nation at a new historical starting point is of great significance for forging the sense of community for Chinese nation,realizing the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation,ful-ly building a modern socialist power and creating a new form of human civilization.关键词
