Empowering with Intelligence:The Innovation Empowerment of Artificial Intelligence in Ethnic Affairs Governance
摘要
Abstract
The innovation of ethnic affairs governance in the digital age has distinct characteristics and connotations,and artificial intelligence has significant empowering significance for the modernization of ethnic affairs governance sys-tem and governance capabilities.Sharing of artificial intelligence resources can enhance the collaboration of diverse sub-jects in ethnic affairs governance,the openness of artificial intelligence space can promote the extension of dimensions in ethnic affairs governance,and the precision of artificial intelligence algorithms can assist in upgrading ethnic affairs gover-nance strategies.Empowerment and risk coexist,and there is a deviation between the instrumental rationality of artificial intelligence and the value rationality of ethnic affairs governance.The technical characteristics of artificial intelligence are related to the security risks of ethnic affairs governance,and there is tension between the functional alienation of artificial intelligence and the efficiency improvement of ethnic affairs governance.To defuse these potential risks,it is necessary to strengthen the algorithmic embedding,platform coordination and mechanism integration of artificial intelligence technolo-gy application in ethnic affairs governance,further enhance the intelligence,scientific and legalization level of ethnic af-fairs governance,continuously promote the construction of a community for the Chinese nation in the digital age.关键词
