盟誓制度与民族关系的调适
The Oath Alliance System and the Adjustment of Ethnic Relations
摘要
Abstract
The oath alliances system is an organic part of the ancient Chinese political system.It is sacred and has a certain spirit of contract,it plays an important role in the adjustment of ancient ethnic relations and is regarded as a tech-nique of"long reins and distant control".Statesmen of all generations have had a full understanding and profound insights into the Oath alliances system and hope to establish a relationship of mutual trust through the oath.Although the motiva-tions and purposes of each regime in each period for taking the oath of alliance are different,in general,when disputes arise between different forces,rulers usually reach consensus through oaths and establish cooperation and alliances.The oath alliance system has roughly gone through four stages of development:the formation in the pre-Qin period,the maturi-ty in the Han and Tang dynasties,the enrichment in the Song and Yuan dynasties,and the prosperity in the Ming and Qing dynasties.The oath alliance system continuously adjusts ethnic relations through etiquette display,clear oaths,and agenda integration,promotes mutual trust between ethnic groups,harmonious and stable ethnic relations,and even the mutual cul-tural integration of various ethnic groups,promotes extensive interaction,exchanges,and integration among ethnic groups,and lays a solid foundation for the formation and development of the community for Chinese nation.关键词
