黄芪秸秆基质对马铃薯原原种光合特征和产量的影响
Effects of Astragalus membranaceus Straw Substrate on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Minituber Yield

Abstract
This study aimed to explore the optimal ratio of Astragalus membranaceus straw substrate suitable for the growth and development of potato virus-free seedlings,and to provide a theoretical ba-sis for the application of A.membranaceus straw substrate as a new substrate material in the produc-tion of minitubers.The mixture of A.membranaceus straw,coconut bran,vermiculite and peat was prepared in different proportions to investigate the effects of different substrate ratios on the morpho-logical characteristics,photosynthesis,yield and economic benefits of potato virus-free seedlings.The results showed that among 11 mixed substrates,the substrate designated as HT7(30%Astragalus membranaceus straw+30%peat+40%coconut husk)exhibited outstanding comprehensive per-formance for potato virus-free seedlings.Its plant height,stem diameter,and root length were higher than those of the traditional control substrates CK1(100%vermiculite)and CK2(100%coconut husk)throughout the whole growth period,with significant differences in stem diameter and root length compared to CK1 and CK2.The relative chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate and stoma-tal conductance were significantly higher than those of CK1 and CK2 throughout the whole growth pe-riod.The average number of tubers per plant of potato virus-free seedlings was 3.16%lower than that of CK1 and 2.24%more than that of CK2.The average average weight per tuber was 23.21%greater than that of CK1 and 21.64%greater than that of CK2.The number of marketable tubers was 10.73%higher than that of CK1 and 25.47%higher than that of CK2.The economic benefit increased by 10.02%compared to CK1 and 40.83%compared to CK2.Using the comprehensive score method of membership function,the HT7 substrate obtained the highest score(0.97)among all mixed sub-strates.In conclusion,HT7 substrate effectively promotes the growth,photosynthesis and yield of po-tato virus-free seedlings,with significant economic benefits.Therefore,it can be used as a substitute for conventional substrate in the production of minitubers.关键词
