Abstract
To address the issues of erosion and wear resistance against ultra-high-speed sediment-laden flows and damage from high freeze-thaw cycle alternation in water discharge structures,and ensure their safe operation,this study optimizes scour-resistant materi-als and conducts mix proportion trials and concrete performance tests with various material combinations.The results show that the fresh concrete properties,mechanical properties,and durability of the 9 recommended scour-wear resistant concrete mix proportions all meet the design requirements.Considering factors such as anti-scour and wear resistance,deformation performance,thermal properties,and economy,the mix proportion numbered MK-2 is finally recommended as the main construction mix.With a water-binder ratio of 0.33,water consumption of 118 kg/m3,fly ash content of 20%,silica fume content of 3%,and sand ratio of 32%,the concrete a-chieves an anti-scour and wear strength of 18.7 h/(kg·m2),demonstrating the best anti-scour and wear performance.Practices have proven that the flood discharge and emptying tunnel,which has been in continuous operation for 10 months(including one win-ter),and the spillway,which has been in continuous operation for 3 months,have not experienced large-area or severe erosion dam-age,indicating excellent anti-scour and wear resistance of the concrete.关键词
