粉煤灰对玛尔挡水电站面板混凝土性能影响的试验研究
Experimental Study on the Influence of Fly Ash on the Performance of Faceplate Concrete in the Maerdang Hydropower Station

Abstract
To meet the design requirements for high frost resistance of faceplate concrete in the Maerdang Hydropower Station,the influ-ence of fly ash dosage(20%、25%and 30%)on the fresh properties,mechanical properties,impermeability,frost resistance,and microstructure of C30 concrete was studied through experiments.The results show that with the increase of fly ash dosage,the mechani-cal strength of concrete decreases slightly,but the hydration heat release rate and total heat release of cementitious materials decrease significantly,which is conducive to the early temperature control of faceplate concrete.The impermeability and frost resistance of con-crete with three fly ash dosages both meet the design requirements of W12 and F400.In addition,the incorporation of fly ash signifi-cantly reduces the content of CH in the cement paste and refines the pore structure of the cement paste matrix.Therefore,considering the strength and long-term durability comprehensively,it is recommended that the fly ash dosage be 30%.关键词
