Abstract
In order to study the influence of methylene blue(MB)value of aggregate on the mixing and construction perform-ance as well as road performance of micro-surfacing mixture,fine aggregates with different MB value were selected for mix test,wet track abrasion test(WTAT)and loaded wheel test(LWT).The results showed that the MB value of powder less than 0.075 mm in aggregate had a significant negative linear correlation with the mix time of mixture.When the MB value of aggregate is the same,the water consumption has a negative linear correlation with the 1 h-WTAT value and a positive line-ar correlation with the LWT value.With the same water consumption,the 1 h-WTAT value and LWT value of the mixture de-creased as the MB value of the aggregate decreased.According to the mix time and 1 h-WTAT value requirements in the speci-fication,it is recommended that the upper limit MB value of the powder in the micro-surfacing mixture should be set to 9.0 g/kg,and the maximum water consumption should be set to 6.0%.关键词
