Abstract
In order to study the shear properties of CFRP(carbon fiber reinforced polymer)reinforced pre-damaged concrete beams,the research conducted a shear test on 8 concrete beams,and did the simulation that was based on the ANSYS software.Preload level,CFRP grid spacing and strengthening area were taken as variables to analyze their effects on fail-ure mode of reinforced beams,mid-span deflection of concrete beams,vertical grid strain of CFRP and reinforcement strain.The results show that the calculation results of simulation are consistent with the experimental data analysis results,which veri-fies the feasibility of the finite element method.The shear capacity of the reference reinforced beam is increased by 22.51%compared with that of the reference beam.With the increase of the pre-damage load,the shear capacity of CFRP grid decreases,but the material utilization rate increases,which effectively alleviates the stiffness reduction caused by the pre-damage.For specimens with different strengthening locations,the beams fully side-bonded with CFRP grids exhib-it slower deflection development,the reinforcement materials effectively improved the stiffness and ductility of the specimen.关键词
