摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of large volume and poor consistency of the traditional eddy current speed sensors,a planar coil eddy current speed sensor is designed.The processing technology of PCB printed coils is used to solve the problem of winding consistency.Through two layers of planar spiral coils in series,the volume of the coil is reduced and the intensity of the induction signal is enhanced.Aiming at the problem of low resolution,this paper proposes an improved phase-locked frequency multiplication method to subdivide the output signal.Compared with the traditional phase-locked frequency multiplication method,this method uses logic gate phase discrimination and frequency division digital oscillation to solve the signal burr interference problem and improve the real-time performance of the measurement.The feasibility of the design scheme is verified by experiments,and the effectiveness of the subdivision method is verified by simulation.The experimental results show that the design improves the anti-interference and real-time performance,and the subdivision multiple reaches 500 times.
