Abstract
Aiming at the failure of over-current fuse function caused by the heat dissipation of the patch fuse PAD,the Layout method of the patch fuse is analyzed and studied.In this paper,a variety of Layout methods are designed to limit the narrowing of the copper size of the patch fuse pad,and the plate making experiment is carried out.Through comparative verification,the performance of the Layout method in terms of fusing time is analyzed.The results show that compared with the traditional method,the new method has a smaller fusing current and shorter fusing time.When the current through the fuse reaches 1～2 times of its rated current,the fuse can be quickly and effectively fused.This provides a new design method for the realization of the function and performance of the patch fuse in the hardware design of the industrial computer circuit,which has important application value and promotion prospect.关键词
