Abstract
With social transformation and the upgrading of public demand for livelihood,people's standards for health services and medical quality continue to rise,prompting traditional medical ethics to face new considerations in the modern era.Closely aligning with the reform and development realities of public hospitals,it is essential to grasp the characteristics and pat-terns of medical ethics and conduct construction under new circumstances,actively practice and innovate,and explore new ideas,methods,and pathways for enhancing medical ethics in public hospitals.Addressing issues of widespread public concern and pa-tients' urgent needs,efforts should focus on work discipline,service attitude,professional ethics,and integrity in practice,im-plementing indicator-based control to standardize medical service behaviors.By deepening the construction of a medical ethics and conduct system,establishing multidimensional evaluation criteria,and improving long-term incentive mechanisms and behavioral constraint mechanisms,the professional competence of medical staff can be effectively enhanced.关键词
