压水堆核电厂燃料组件提升力试验研究
Experimental Study of Fuel Assembly Lifting Force in PWR Nuclear Power Plants

Abstract
The first domestic fuel assembly lifting force test for PWR nuclear power plants is completed.In the test,the fuel assembly is simulated with 1:1 equal density.The test conditions include free and compressed outlet nozzle hold-down spring of the fuel assembly under air conditions without water,compressed outlet nozzle hold-down spring of the fuel assembly under hydrostatic conditions(test vessel fully filled with water,pump inactive),and compressed outlet nozzle hold-down spring of the fuel assembly under dynamic water conditions with different coolant flow rates at room temperature.The coolant flow rate ranged from 250 to 500 m3·h-1,and the test water temperature is below 60℃.The measured values of the simulated fuel assembly lifting force at different coolant flow rates are obtained,and the relationship curve between the simulated fuel assembly lifting force and the coolant flow rate is fitted.The measured values of the simulated fuel assembly lifting force are highly consistent with the estimated values obtained from the classical mechanical calculation formula,and the relative deviations are-1.57%to 2.86%,which verifies that the measured data of the simulated fuel assembly lifting force are accurate and credible.This paper provides reliable test data for determining the preload force of the outlet nozzle hold-down spring on the fuel assembly.关键词
