超辐射型高功率微波产生器研究
A Superradiant High-Power Microwave Generator

Abstract
High-power microwave generator based on the superradiant mechanism can significantly improve the beam-wave interaction efficiency,which is expected to enhance the performance of high-power microwave sources.Therefore,a superradiant high-power microwave device capable of generating a sequence of ultrashort microwave pulses has been designed,and the related mechanism is studied.The simulation results show that under the conditions of diode voltage of 530 kV and beam current of 21.9 kA,the center frequency of the pulse is about 9.6 GHz,and the peak power of the first pulse is about 16.6 GW with a conversion factor of 1.43.The peak power of the subsequent microwave pulses is above 10 GW.The full width at half maximum(FWHM)of the pulse is approximately 0.77 ns.The 3 dB spectral width is about 1 GHz,and the repetition frequency of the microwave pulse sequence is 126 MHz.In addition,it is found that the rising edge of the injected electrical pulse and slow wave structures are the key factors affecting the performance of the superradiant high-power microwave device.关键词
