中国远洋渔业生产性服务业发展的路径选择
The path selection for the development of productive service industry in China's offshore fisheries
摘要
Abstract
The key to building a strong fisheries country is to vigorously promote the development of productive service industries and to further increase its proportion in the output value of fisheries.The main problems in the development of productive services in offshore fisheries are the low quality of aquatic product supply and insufficient development of specialization and high-end products,the low degree of openness and freedom of the ocean-going home port and the lack of competitiveness in the international market,the distinct shortcomings of the"large industries made up by small enterprises"pattern,and the low overall contribution of the industry.In order to explore the path of building China as a powerful country in terms of overseas fisheries,this paper focuses on the development of the productive service industries and points out that accelerating the development of the productive service industries is an inevitable requirement for the generation of new quality productive forces in overseas fisheries,a realistic choice for the formation of new quality productive forces,and an important measure to promote these new quality productive forces.In order to empower the high-quality development of China's overseas fisheries from a global perspective,we should focus on promoting the construction of the shipping logistics system,the aquatic product trading market,the labor professional market,and the fishing vessel repair and equipment center for ocean going purposes;then from a more national perspective,we should focus on promoting the construction of the ocean going financial service center and the industrial chain technology services center,so as to create new developmental advantages with openness and cooperation spirits.关键词
