Exploration into the Construction of the Teaching Staffin Hubei Province's Universities under the Background of an Education Strong Country
摘要
Abstract
Strengthening the construction of the teaching staff in universities is an important pivot of the national modernization governance system,a reflection and deepening of the national innovation-driven development strategy in the field of education,and a core lever for the implementation of the strategy of building a strong education country.The policy of building a strong education country has put forward new requirements and brought new opportunities for the construction of the teaching staffin universities.In order to seize the opportunity and build a strong education province,Hubei Province must optimize the layout of teacher structure,construct a new ecology for teacher development,deepen personnel management reform,improve the guarantee and incentive mechanism and promote the construction of a strong education province with a high-quality and professional teaching staff.关键词
