乡村教师的教育家精神特质
Educationalist Spiritual Traits of Rural Teachers

Abstract
The educator's spirit of rural teachers is a spirit that has been accumulated and formed over a long period of time in the educational practice activities of rural teachers.Combined with General Secretary Xi Jinping's explanation of the educator's spirit,using the rooted theory research method,we conducted a qualitative study on the deeds of 30 outstanding rural teachers,and found that the educator's spirit of rural teachers is characterized by the ideal conviction of loving the countryside and taking root in the countryside,the ethical sentiment of standing up for oneself and reaching out to others and nurturing the countryside,the wisdom of educating people by teaching according to the students'abilities and empowering them with their labor,the cultivating attitude of dedicating oneself to education and reforming and innovating,and the love of caring for the children in the countryside,The spirit of love and care for the countryside and the pursuit of building up the countryside and improving the knowledge of the countryside.Understanding the characteristics of the educator's spirit of rural teachers will help them reach a consensus and promote the high-quality development of the rural teaching force..关键词
