摘要

Abstract

The study was to investigate the changes in ROS secretion and related gene differential expression following Mycoplasma hyo-pneumoniae(Mhp)infection of 3D4/21 cells,and to analyze the functions and potential infection mechanisms of these differentially ex-pressed genes by selecting appropriate time points.High-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze gene expression in Mhp-in-fected cells,and functional enrichment analysis was performed on the differentially expressed genes(DEGs)using GO and KEGG.The results showed that there were 1 940 differentially expressed genes between Mhp-infected cells and blank control cells,with 1 070 upregulat-ed and 871 downregulated.The GO functional analysis revealed that the impact of Mhp on 3D4/21 cells primarily focused on cellular proces-ses,metabolic processes,and biological regulation.The KEGG enrichment analysis indicated that the differentially expressed genes were mainly enriched in pathways related to cancer development,redox reactions,chemical carcinogenesis,MAPK signaling,and PI3K-Akt sig-naling.This study provided new insights into the molecular mechanisms of Mhp infection and laid a foundation for the development of targeted drugs for the prevention and treatment of Mycoplasmal pneumonia in swine.
