外周血炎症指标与糖尿病足的相关因素分析
Analysis of correlation factors between inflammatory markers in peripheral blood and diabetes foot

Abstract
Objective To investigate correlation between systemic inflammatory index(SII),platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR),monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio(MLR)and diabetic foot(DF).Methods The clinical data of 373 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)who were hospitalized in Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from March 2018 to March 2024 were collected for a retrospective analysis.Among them,there were 151 patients without DF(T2DM group),222 patients with DF,including 105 patients with Wagner grade 0-2(mild DF group)and 117 patients with Wagner grade 3-5(severe DF group).And then,the general information and laboratory examination indicators of the three groups were compared,and the correlation between SII,PLR,MLR in T2DM patients and DF was explored.Results The levels of white blood cells,neutrophils,monocytes,platelets,glycated hemoglobin,SII,PLR,and MLR in the DF group were significantly higher than those in the T2DM group,and the levels in the severe DF group were higher than those in the mild DF group.However,the levels of lymphocytes and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the DF group were lower than those in the T2DM group,and the levels in the mild DF group were higher than those in the severe DF group(P<0.05).The results of the multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that SII,PLR,and MLR were significantly associ-ated with the occurrence of DF,PLR and MLR were independent risk factors for DF,while SII was an independent protec-tive factor for the occurrence of DF(P<0.05).The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve indicated that the area un-der the curve(AUC)for predicting the occurrence of DF by SII,PLR,and MLR was 0.782,0.730,and 0.715,respec-tively.Conclusion Elevated levels of serum PLR and MLR are independent risk factors for the development of DF in patients with T2DM,while SII was an independent protective factor against DF.These three factors collectively provide better predictive efficacy for the concurrent development of DF in T2DM patients.关键词
