脂联素联合FGF21与高血压患者冠脉钙化积分的相关性研究
Study on correlation between adiponectin combined with FGF21 and coronary artery calcification score in hypertensive patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the expression characteristics of serum adiponectin and fibroblast growth factor 21(FGF21)in hypertension combined with coronary artery calcification and their correlation with calcification score by detecting the expression levels of these two factors in hypertensive patients with coronary artery calcification.Methods 46 patients with primary hypertension combined with coronary artery calcification were selected as experimental group,and 42 patients with hypertension without coronary artery calcification were selected as control group.Fasting blood was drawn to detect serum homocysteine,lipids,uric acid,C-reactive protein,and fasting blood glucose by a large biochemical detector,and coronary artery calcification was examined and scored by chest CT.The levels of serum adiponectin and FGF21 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and their correlation with coronary artery calcification score were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a significant decrease in adiponectin(2.75[2.33,3.07]mg/L vs 3.01[2.66,3.15]mg/L,P=0.042),a significant increase in FGF21(102.39[92.28,116.58]pg/mL vs 95.17[89.03,108.76]pg/mL,P=0.007),and a significant decrease in the ratio of adiponectin to FGF21(0.03[0.02,0.03]vs 0.03[0.03,0.04],P=0.004).Adiponectin was negatively correlated with coronary artery calcification score(r=-0.317,P=0.032),while FGF21 was positively correlated with coronary artery calcification score(r=0.349,P=0.017).Conclusion Adiponectin and FGF21 may be involved in the pathogenesis of coronary artery calcification in hypertension,and the imbal-ance of FGF21 may be a driving factor for coronary artery calcification in hypertension.关键词
