百色地区1309例泌尿系结石成分分析
Analysis of urinary stone composition in 1309 patients in Baise region

Abstract
Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of stone components in patients with urinary stone in Baise,Guangxi,so as to provide a basis for clinical prevention and treatment and reduce recurrence rate.Methods A retrospective collection of data from 1309 patients with urinary stone treated in a classⅢgrade A hospital in Baise City from January 2020 to December 2022 was conducted.Stone samples were obtained through percutaneous nephrolithotomy and other surgical procedures,and their components were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.Differences in stone composition among different genders,age groups,and stone locations were compared.Results The proportion of males was significantly higher than that of females(male-to-female ratio was 1.98∶1),and the incidence of upper urinary tract stones(88.46%,1158/1309)was significantly higher than that of lower urinary tract stones(P<0.05).The peak age group for stone occur-rence was 40-<60 years old(58.21%,762/1309).The main component of the stones was calcium oxalate(67.69%,886/1309),followed by anhydrous uric acid(17.19%,225/1309)and calcium phosphate(12.76%,167/1309).The proportion of uric acid stones in males was higher than that in females(P<0.05).Conclusion Calcium oxalate is the main form of urinary stones in Baise region,with male and middle-aged elderly populations being the high-risk group,and upper urinary tract being the most common site of occurrence.There is a significant correlation between stone composition and gender,age,and location.Developing individualized prevention and treatment strategies based on component analysis is of great significance in reducing the recurrence rate of stones.关键词
