GCS评分、Rotterdam-CT评分联合血清SOD水平对不同程度颅脑损伤患者预后的应用价值
Application value of GCS score,Rotterdam-CT score and serum SOD level in the prognosis of patients with different degrees of brain injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of the Glasgow coma scale(GCS),Rotterdam-CT score combined with superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels in evaluating the degree of injury and prognosis in patients with traumatic brain injury(TBI).Methods 98 patients with TBI admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to September 2023 were selected. All patients were classified into mild group, moderate group, and severe group according to their GCS scores.Differences in SOD levels and Rotterdam-CT scores among patients with varying degrees of injury severity were compared, and correlation between these two indicators and the severity of TBI was analyzed.Univariate and multivariate regression analyses were conducted to identify independent influencing factors for poor prognosis in TBI patients.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyse the evaluation value of GCS scores,Rotterdam-CT scores, and SOD levels for poor progno-sis in TBI patients. Results ① There were statistically significant differences in SOD levels and Rotterdam-CT scores among the three groups of patients(P<0.001).② Pearson correlation analysis showed that SOD levels were negatively correlated with the severity of TBI,while the Rotterdam-CT score was positively correlated with the severity of TBI(P<0.001).③ The results of the ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC)for predicting the prognosis of TBI patients by the GCS score,Rotterdam-CT score, and SOD level alone and in combination were 0.879,0.873,0.901,and 0.959,respectively.Conclusion GCS score,Rotterdam CT score, and SOD level are closely related to poor prognosis of TBI patients, and the combination of the three is more accurate in evaluating the prognosis of TBI patients.关键词
