光学体表监测系统结合开放式面罩固定在头部肿瘤放疗摆位中的应用研究
Study on the Application of Optical Surface Monitoring System Combined with Open Mask Fixation in the Positioning of Head Tumor Radiotherapy

Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of optical surface monitoring system(OSMS)combined with open mask fixation in the positioning of head tumor radiotherapy.Methods 34 patients with head tumor who underwent radiotherapy in our hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.14 patients in group A were positioned with marking line using head thermoplastic closed mask fixation,and 20 patients in group B were positioned without marking line using OSMS combined with head thermoplastic open mask fixation.The patients in group B were further divided into different treatment depth groups for analysis:group B1(SSD=85~90 cm)and group B2(SSD=90 cm and above).In group A,the acquired CBCT images and localized CT images were subjected to bony six-dimensional auto-alignment.In group B,pre-treatment CBCT scans were performed and subjected to bony six-dimensional auto-alignment with localized CT images after adjusting by OSMS positioning.Positioning time consuming and positioning errors in group A and group B,and positioning errors in group B1 and group B2 were compared.Results Positioning time consuming:(95±1.5)s for group A and(95.3±1.6)s for group B,and no significant difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Positioning errors:there were statistically significant differences between group A and group B in the Lat,Lng,and Roll directions(P<0.05),but no statistically significant difference was found in the Vrt,Rtn,and Pitch directions between group A and group B(P>0.05);There were statistically significant differences between group B1 and group B2 in the Vrt and Rtn directions(P<0.05),but no statistically significant difference was found in the Lat,Lng,Pitch,and Roll directions between group B1 and group B2(P>0.05).Conclusions OSMS combined with open mask fixation can not only reduce the positioning errors of patients with head tumor radiotherapy,but also improve the comfort of patients;For head tumors of different depths,OSMS monitoring positioning is also reliable.关键词
