急诊床旁彩色多普勒超声用于主动脉夹层患者抢救中的效果评价
Evaluation on the Effect of Emergency Bedside Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Rescue of Patients with Aortic Dissection

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of emergency bedside color Doppler ultrasound(CDUS)in the rescue of patients with aortic dissection(AD).Methods A total of 80 AD patients admitted to Kaifeng Central Hospital from January 2021 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent emergency bedside CDUS examination and CT angiography(CTA)examination,and the diagnostic results of emergency bedside CDUS and CTA were analyzed.With CTA as the gold standard,the accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of CDUS in the diagnosis of AD were evaluated.The diagnosis time and rescue satisfaction of medical staff of emergency bedside CDUS and CTA for AD patients were compared.Results With CTA as the gold standard,the diagnostic accuracy of emergency bedside CDUS was 97.50％(78/80),the sensitivity was 98.04％(50/51),and the specificity was 96.55％(28/29).The measurement values of primary entry tear size,and the lumen diameter,true lumen diameter,false lumen diameter of ascending aorta,descending aorta,and abdominal aorta(upper segment,middle segment,lower segment)of emergency bedside CDUS had no statistical difference with CTA(P＞0.05).Compared with CTA,the diagnosis time of emergency bedside CDUS for AD patients was significantly shorter,and the rescue satisfaction score of medical staff was significantly higher(P＜0.05).Conclusions Emergency bedside CDUS can rapidly diagnose AD patients,and provide critical time for further resuscitation.关键词
