Application Effect of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Suspension Exercise Training in Rehabilitation Treatment of Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy

摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with suspension exercise training in rehabilitation treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 60 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the reference group(30 cases)and the study group(30 cases).In addition to routine rehabilitation training intervention,the reference group received suspension exercise training intervention,the study group received repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with suspension exercise training intervention,and both groups were intervened continuously for 12 weeks.The degree of spasm,gross motor function,balance ability,daily living ability,lower limb motor ability,walking ability and development level were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the clinical spasticity index(CSI)score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the scores of D and E areas of gross motor function measure scale-88(GMFM-88)were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Berg balance scale(BBS)and modified Barthel index of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Fugl-Meyer lower limb motor function score(lower limb FMA score)and Holden functional ambyiation category scale(FAC)grade of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the DQ and China-Binet intelligence test manual scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with suspension exercise training can significantly reduce the degree of spasm in children with spastic cerebral palsy,enhance the gross motor function,balance ability,daily living ability,lower limb motor ability and walking ability of children,and improve the intelligence development level of children,which has high clinical promotion value.
