床旁血滤机连续性血液净化治疗重症脓毒症的临床效果观察
Observation on the Clinical Effect of Continuous Blood Purification with Bed-side Hemofiltration Machine in the Treatment of Severe Sepsis

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of continuous blood purification(CBP)with bedside hemofiltration machine in patients with severe sepsis.Methods 80 patients with severe sepsis were divided into two groups according to different treatment regimens.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received CBP on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory markers,health status,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00％,higher than 80.00％of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,WBC,TNF-α,PCT and IL-6,and the APACHE Ⅱ scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.50％,lower than 20.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions CBP has significant therapeutic effect in patients with severe sepsis,which can effectively relieve inflammatory response,improve health status,and decrease complications.关键词
