基于数字胃肠机评估神经电刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍效果的临床研究
Clinical Study on the Evaluation of the Efficacy of Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation in Treating Post-Stroke Dysphagia Based on Digital Gastrofluo-roscopy

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of digital gastrofluoroscopy in evaluating the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia(PSD).Methods A total of 76 PSD patients treated with neuromuscular electrical stimulation in our hospital from February 2023 to February 2025 were selected.All patients underwent cyclic functional assessment via digital gastrofluoroscopy and videofluoroscopic swallowing study(VFSS)examinations.Using VFSS examination as the gold standard,the value of cyclic functional assessment via digital gastrofluoroscopy in evaluating efficacy,food residue,swallowing delay,and aspiration was analyzed.The incidences of adverse reactions of the two methods were compared.Results The cyclic functional assessment via digital gastrofluoroscopy showed excellent consistency with VFSS examination in evaluating efficacy,swallowing delay,and aspiration(Kappa value>0.8,P<0.05).The accuracy of cyclic functional assessment via digital gastrofluoroscopy in evaluating food residue was 94.74%(72/76).The incidence of adverse reactions of cyclic functional assessment via digital gastrofluoroscopy was lower than that of VFSS examination(P<0.05).Conclusions Digital gastrofluoroscopy can accurately evaluate the effect,food residue,swallowing delay and aspiration of neuromuscular electrical stimulation in the treatment of PSD,with high consistency with the gold standard.Moreover,this method has fewer adverse reactions and can serve as an important assessment tool to guide clinical treatment.关键词
