基于TDA方法对Ⅳ型储氢气瓶内胆材料PA11的氢渗透研究

Abstract
To address the issue of hydrogen permeation performance of PA11,the liner material of Type Ⅳ hydrogen storage cylinder,under high-pressure hydrogen environment,based on the thermal desorption analysis(TDA)method with a sixth-order calculation model,a test platform and method for hydrogen permeation performance of non-metallic materials under extreme temperature and high-pressure hydrogen environment were proposed and established.This method can effectively measure and calculate the hydrogen diffusion coefficient,hydrogen solubility coefficient and hydrogen permeability coefficient of PA11 material,and the deviation of each parameter from the hydrogen permeation test method is within 10%,indicating that the TDA method can be used to evaluate the hydrogen permeation characteristics of non-metallic materials in high-pressure hydrogen environment.The research provides an effective testing means for accurately understanding the hydrogen permeation performance of PA11,the liner material of Type Ⅳ hydrogen storage cylinder,under extreme conditions.关键词
