Abstract
In view of the fact that the residual stress caused by the large temperature gradient during the selective laser melting(SLM)forming process affects the application range and service life of parts,the residual stress distribution of SLM-formed SK-type static mixers was predicted using the modified inherent strain(MIS)method.Then,SK-type static mixers of the same size were printed with the same process parameters,and their residual stress was measured using X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the MIS method can efficiently and accurately predict the residual stress in SLM-formed SK-type static mixers.Compared with XRD measurements,the prediction error is less than 15%.The residual stresses of SLM-formed SK-type static mixers with different blade torsion angles were predicted,and it was found that the axial stress increases significantly with the increase of blade torsion angle.The findings can provide a reference for predicting the residual stress in SK-type static mixers.关键词
