Production Method and Industrial Bottleneck Analysis of Iron Phosphate
摘要
Abstract
Iron phosphate is the precursor of Ferrous lithium phosphate,the cathode material of lithium ion battery,and its synthesis process and industrialization process directly affect the upgrading of new energy industry.In this paper,the technical routes of mainstream iron phosphate pro-duction processes such as ammonium process,sodium process and iron powder process are systematically analyzed,and it is concluded that am-monium process is dominant by virtue of its advantages of low cost and recycling of by-products,sodium process has high purity but insufficient economy,and iron powder process has obvious environmental protection potential but high raw material cost;Industrial bottlenecks focus on the problems of difficult wastewater treatment,low utilization rate of raw materials and fluctuation of product quality,so it is necessary to make a breakthrough through process optimization,circular economy model and policy coordination.关键词
