石仙桃多糖内部沸腾法提取工艺及其性能研究
Study on Extraction Process and Properties of Polysaccharides from Pholidota Chinensis Lindl.by Inner Ebullition

Abstract
In order to improve the yield of polysaccharides from pholidota chinensis lindl.Polysaccharides from pholidota chinensis lindl were ex-tracted by inner ebullition method.The effects of desorption ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and the time of de-sorption on the yield of polysaccharides from pholidota phinensis cindl were investigated.The optimal extraction technology was optimized by or-thogonal experimental design.At the same time,the scavenging ability of polysaccharides from pholidota chinensis lindl on DPPH·and·OH was determined,and the antioxidant activity was evaluated.The stability of polysaccharides was evaluated by changing temperatures,lighting time,and concentrations of food additives.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:the ethanol concentration for desorption 50%.The extraction temperature was 90℃.The ratio of material to solution was 1∶70(g/mL),and the time of desorption was 20 min,which was extracted by inner ebullition for 5 min.The yield of polysaccharides from pholidota chinensis lindl was7.41%.Compared to the traditional reflux method,the optimized method displayed an increase in polysaccharide yield by 4.11%and a reduction in extraction time by 95 min.When the mass concentration of pholidota chinensis lindl polysaccharides were 1.6 mg/mL,the clearance rates of DPPH·and·OH of pho-lidota chinensis lindl polysaccharides were 42.54%and 58.75%.It showed that the pholidota chinensis lindl polysaccharides had certain an-tioxidant activity.Temperature,long lighting time and food additives had certain effects on the stability of the polysaccharides.关键词
