粉煤灰碱溶SiO2的速率与机理研究
Study on the Rate and Mechanism of Alkali Dissolution of Fly Ash
摘要
Abstract
The rate and reaction mechanism of alkali leaching process of fly ash from a large thermal power plant in Liupanshui were deeply ex-plored.Through experiments,the effects of fly ash particle size,heating time,concentration of NaOH solution,liquid-solid ratio,and reaction temperature on silicon leaching rate were investigated.The results showed that the highest silicon leaching rate could reach 52%when the fly ash particle size was 160 mesh,heated for 4 hours,the alkali concentration was 240 g/L,the liquid-solid ratio was 6∶1,and the reaction temperature was 80℃.Through kinetic calculations of the alkali soluble silicon process in fly ash,the average apparent activation energy of the alkali soluble silicon leaching reaction was obtained to be 36.08 kJ/mol.The leaching rate of the silicon leaching process is controlled by a mixture of diffusion and interfacial chemical reactions.关键词
