Abstract
In order to explore the effect of artificial forest on the restoration of understory herb vegetation in degraded sand and gravel mountains in central and southern Shandong Province,four afforestation models of young plantations were selected as the research object.The effects of different afforestation models on the community characteristics and species diversity of understory herbaceous vegetation were analyzed through the combination of field quadrat survey and indoor analysis.The results showed that:①artificial afforestation significantly increased the density,height and biomass of understory grass vegetation,and each index of mixed forest was better than that of pure forest;②Artificial afforestation has changed the dominant position of herbaceous plants;③The biodiversity index showed mixed forest>coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest>pure forest.关键词
