Abstract
Accelerating the construction of the national water network,building a modern high-quality water infrastructure network,and comprehensively solving the problems of water resources,water ecology,water environment,and water disasters are major strategic arrangements made by the Party Central Committee with XI Jinping as the core.Yunnan Province has developed water systems and high water energy utilization rate,but the water network planning started late and the foundation is weak.It is urgent to make a high-level overall planning and overall planning to form a relatively mature construction idea.The construction space has a network form,and the overall structure of Yunnan water network has the functions of flood control and disaster reduction,water resources allocation and ecological protection.关键词
