Abstract
To achieve the automatic temperature adjustment function of the mattress,CA and SA were compounded by melt blending to obtain binary fatty acid phase change materials.The phase change tempera-tures and enthalpy of different compound ratios of binary fatty acids were measured by DSC.Temperature-regulating capsules were prepared with emulsifiers,binary fatty acids and waterborne polyurethane in different proportions and their performance was tested.The results showed that when the mass ratio of the binary fat-ty acids CA and SA was 85∶15,the phase transition temperature was 26.6℃and the latent heat of phase transition was 167.9 J/g.Temperature-regulating capsules were prepared under the conditions of 100 g of CA-SA(mass ratio 85∶15),5 g of emulsifier CTAC and 150 g of organosilicon-modified cationic polyurethane.They were treated onto mattress fabric by padding.The phase transition temperature was measured to be 24.0℃and the latent heat of phase transition was 18.8 J/g.After 10 washes,the latent heat of phase change was still 17.2 J/g,and the enthalpy retention rate was as high as 91.5%,with a good effect.关键词
