摘要

Abstract

Magnolia essential oil microcapsule with gelatin and sodium alginate as wall-material was pre-pared by complex coacervation.The complex coacervation behavior and microcapsule process parameters were studied,and the optimum preparation process was obtained:the mass ratio of gelatin to sodium alginate was 3∶1,the complex coacervation pH was 4.3,the mass fraction of Tween-80 was 1%,the core to wall ra-tio was 1∶3,and the mass fraction of glutaraldehyde was 0.16%.The prepared microcapsules have good shape and are full regular round and spherical,the embedding rate was 80%and the utilization rate of wall ma-terial was 78%.The essential oil volatilization rate of microcapsules was 2.22%after the microcapsules were prepared on bamboo viscose fiber non-woven fabric by dipping process and kept at 40℃for 32 h.
